My stay at The Franklin London was a mixed experience. The hotel's location in Knightsbridge was fantastic, allowing easy walks to nearby attractions. However, my family's room was less than optimal, with air conditioning issues that required us to relocate. While the staff were friendly, there were some service hiccups that diminished the experience a bit. Overall, it's an opulent hotel with beautiful decor but with room for improvement in certain areas. 🌟🏨
